Baked Kale chips

I tasted this in our famers market! Its so good ,that i  bought Kale and tried  same day.
Its so easy  to prepare . This will be a good snack for afternoon.
kale is unusually high in fiber and keep you full for a good amount of time. Kale is also an excellent source of nutrients, especially vitamin A and calcium. . Adding Kale to everyday diet is good for your family.

After eating kale chips, yes ,this is going to be a regular in our house.

1 bunch of  kale, washed and thoroughly drained (i used curlier Kale)
1 tablespoons olive oil
salt for sprinkling  ( use sparingly)
1 tsp red pepper/chilli powder 
1tsp garam masala (optional , if available use this. Chat masala will also be good)


Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.

Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces .

 Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil , salt ,chilli and garam masala

 Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes.

Serve  with sour cream
