I like any dishes that are yogurt based. With lots of protein and seasonal veggies topped with coconut and mustered seeds is great for any meal.
A healthy and delicious dish.
This can be prepared with any veggies like snake gourd ,cucumber ,Bottle Gourd etc
ingredients
Grind into paste

Green chillies: 1 or 2
Ginger: chopped 1 tsp
mustered seeds - 1tsp
coconut grated or bit sized pieces- 4tsp ( you can frozen)
Seasoning
Urad dal- 1tsp(minapappu)
chana dal - 1stp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin: 1tsp.
Turmeric Powder: pinch
Hing/Asafoetida : a pinch

Dried Red Chillies: 2
Veggies: (i used tomatoes)
tomatoes - 2 medium
if you are using any other veggies ,cook them till they are tender
yogurt - 1 cup
sour cream - 1/2 cup (optional ,this was not used by my mom when she used to prepare it ,instead sour cream use another 1/2 cup yogurt)
Method
Heat oil in a pan, then add all the seasoning ingredients when mustard seeds splatter, add the hing and turmeric powder now add chopped tomatoes and fry for 2-4 mins till tomates are soft and mashable . Mash them

Meanwhile mix the yogurt and sour cream into smooth paste and add ground paste to this along with salt
Add the cooked tomatoes and seasoning to the yogurt mixture and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
this is excellent side dish to go with rice or kichidi or roti.
i prepared this as side dish for uppupindi /Rice rava kichidi
