Idli pockets

This is quick and delicious snack with less oil using Sandwich maker 

Great for kids lunch can prepare this with leftover idli batter or dosa batter.

batter :
 Idli batter 1 cup
chopped onions  - 1/4 th cup
chopped ginger - 1 tsp
finely chopped cilantro  - 2 to 3 tsp
finely chopped spinach - 2 to 3 tsp
oil -  2-3 tsp

How to proceed
1.mix batter with all the toppings. if you feel batter is too thin add some  all purpose flour or semolina or suji
2.heat sandwich maker and add  1/2 tsp oil

3. Pour batter into the molds
4.close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins (this time depends on your machine model ,for me it took 2 mins)
5. with a spoon take the cooked triangles and flip ,so that other side also gets cooked.

6. Serve with ketchup or green chutney

Variations : you can prepare potato curry and  use it as filling.
