A couple of months backs when we had a potluck at work,one of my colleague got this one.It looked normal , i took a small piece ,hmmm It tasted heavenly.
I grilled that guy for recipe . Finally his wife gave us the recipe ,i was expecting some thing from scratch ,to my surprise she gave a simple recipe using cake mix.
Trust me ,this recipe is a keeper .
ingradients
1 yellow cake mix
1 small chocolate instant pudding mix
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
3 eggs /egg substitute
8 oz. sour cream
6 oz. chocolate chips
Combine oil, water, eggs, and sour cream, beat on medium speed for a few minutes. Add cake mix, pudding, and sugar beat until well blended . Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a well greased bundt pan.
Bake @ 350 for 50-60 minutes.
