Simple Maida wheat flour veg rolls

Maida&Wheat flour Veg roll
This is a very simple recipe for doing a Veg roll . It is very easy to prepare and always a choice of hit in most of kids list.On a Sunday morning I was just thinking what to prepare for breakfast and thought let me try this veg roll which i tasted at a friends place.This is very simple method which i followed modifying and skipping some of steps from my friends cooking process. I have avoided deep frying in oil and used very simple process for stuffing too.
Ingredients:

  1. Carrot- 1/2 finely chopped
  2. Frozen green peas- small cup
  3. onions- 1/2 cup finely chopped
  4. coriander leaves- bunch-finely chopped
  5. garam masala powder- 1tbsp
  6. salt- 1tbsp
  7. oil-1 tbsp


Process: 

  1. Mix for 1 cup of maida 1/2 cu of wheat flour and prepare soft dove by adding water and also add little salt.
  2. In a frying pan, add oil.Once oil gets heated add chopped carrot,green peas,onions , coriander leaves and fry them . you can close it with lid by sprinkling little water so that they get cooked fast.This also helps you to avoid adding much oil for frying vegetables.
  3. Once you see vegetables become soft, add garam masala and salt accordingly.
  4. Now take chapati maker and spread like how you make chapati and put 1 spoon full of vegetable mix which you prepared exactly starting at one side of round spread you did and start rolling.
  5. Cut the edges once you roll and just roast it on a nonstick pan/tawa of your choice.
