Upma/Uppet made with Bombay sooji/rava is always delicious if cooked properly.It can be very easy roll in your stomach for a dinner/ breakfast .

Vegetable Rava Upma |
- Green peas- 1 small cup
- Chopped carrot-1 small cup
- chopped Capsicum-1/2 cup
- Green chilies- 2/3
- curry leaves-bunch
- coriander leaves- bunch
- ginger- 1 small size
- mustard-1tbsp
- Cumin seeds/Jeera-1tbsp
- peanuts- 1tbsp
- salt-1tbsp
- Oil-1tbsp
- Sooji/bombay rava- 1cup
Method:
- Dry roast Rava for about 5 minutes till it turns golden brown color.
- Cook the vegetables peas, carrot for about 10 minutes till they become soft.
- In a pan , Heat oil, add mustard, cumin seeds, green chilies grated ginger,coriander leaves, chopped capsicum and saute them for about 2 minutes.
- Now add the cooked vegetables, salt and fry them too for about 5 minutes.
- Now add 3 cups water, once you see water boiling add sooji slowly by stirring with one hand .
- Cover the pan and cook about 5/10 minutes till it becomes soft.
