what you need
20 g Almond Meal/Flour Bob's Red Mill
30 g Coconut Flour Organic Bob's Red Mill
30 g Chickpea Flour (Besan)
1 cup Spinach Raw
1 tsp spice powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp coconut oil



Procedure
chop Spinach
add water and mix all except oil
in Appe pan add  oil and add the batter and cover the lid.
after 5 mins flip on the other side
cook for sometime
eat with topping of your choice.
